• Engage in AI-powered conversations that reflect the personality and communication style of the profiled individual
• Store and organize memories, photos, and meaningful content

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Reminess, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reminess. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Reminess, including profiles, memories, photos, and messages ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our Service.

4.2 Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• You have obtained consent from individuals depicted in photos or described in profiles (where applicable)

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or viruses
• Impersonates others without authorization
• Exploits minors in any way

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 AI Conversations

Reminess uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses based on profile information you provide. These AI-generated conversations are simulations designed to reflect personality traits and communication styles.

5.2 No Medical or Legal Advice

AI-generated content is not professional advice. Do not rely on Reminess for medical, legal, financial, or other professional guidance.

5.3 Accuracy Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated responses.

6. Memorial and Legacy Profiles

6.1 Memorial Profiles

Memorial profiles are created to honor deceased individuals. By creating a memorial profile, you confirm that:

• The individual has passed away
• You have the right to create this memorial (e.g., family member, authorized representative)
• You will handle the profile with respect and dignity

6.2 Legacy Profiles

Legacy profiles allow individuals to preserve their own stories. You may create a legacy profile for yourself and control its content and accessibility.

6.3 Profile Disputes

If multiple individuals claim rights to manage a profile, we reserve the right to resolve disputes at our discretion, which may include suspending access until resolved.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

8.1 Free and Paid Tiers

Reminess offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and limitations are described on our pricing page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reminess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
