3. Benutzerkonten und Registrierung

To use Reminess, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reminess. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3.3 Kontosicherheit

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. KI-generierte Inhalte

Reminess uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses based on profile information you provide. These AI-generated conversations are simulations designed to reflect personality traits and communication styles.

5.2 Keine medizinischen oder rechtlichen Ratschläge

AI-generated content is not professional advice. Do not rely on Reminess for medical, legal, financial, or other professional guidance.

5.3 Genauigkeitsbeschränkungen

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated responses.

6. Gedenk- und Nachlassprofile

6.1 Gedenkprofile

Memorial profiles are created to honor deceased individuals. By creating a memorial profile, you confirm that:

8. Abonnement- und Zahlungsbedingungen

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
